We find the perfect property that stacks financially and structurally and then we set about converting the house into an HMO which could include structural changes like knocking down walls, creating new bedrooms and making it license friendly. When designing a shared house, we are always thinking of the house mate experience at the end of it. Once the refurb is completed, we set about helping the client with the requirements for the license, ready for the house to be moved into.
A full- service arrangement from sourcing, project managing the refurb, licensing, letting to ongoing management. HMO businesses are not passive they are most certainly active and need lots of attention. We will deal with the day to day, so you don’t have to! Having invested in property for over 15 years and built up a successful and thriving portfolio of buy to lets and completed a number of developments we thought we knew it all and were qualified property developers and investors.
