Who Are We?
Our Founder and Joint MDs Paul and Rachael have 15 years’ experience in property refurbishment, management & lettings. Their personal property portfolio covers HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) and single lets.
WE UNDERSTAND
Our Story
Paul and I have two wonderful little girls whom we wanted to spend more time with. Both of us have led corporate careers in London working long hours and never quite achieving that coveted ‘work life balance’. We saw property investment as a way to deliver greater financial freedom for us as a family; money isn’t the be all and end all but ‘time’ is and having the time to spend with our children and watch them grow up was the motivation behind building our property business. We have lived in shared homes many times during our working careers and understand the frustrations and challenges of many house sharers.
With that in mind Live Collective was created for 3 reasons
To improve the standards of shared living in the local area.
To provide highly serviced, excellent quality homes at affordable prices.
To provide positive sharing experiences for every house sharer.
